Hopi Ear Candle Therapy is a gentle, soothing way of clearing ear wax and impurities from the ear, equalising pressure after congestion due to colds, sinus infections or as a result of flying.

Indian Head Massage is a non-invasive upper back, shoulder, neck, head and facial massage which can be given fully clothed and seated in a chair. Although it only focuses on the upper body it has many physiological and psychological benefits.

Reiki is a japanese word meaning universal life energy. It is a non-invasive simple and natural healing method. All living things carry the same energy within themselves which is actually what gives them life. Reiki is a relaxing way of replenishing the energy which in turn eases tension and dissolves energy blockages giving a feeling of well being.
